At Olè Blanc, every formula is crafted with care to ensure a refined, high-performance experience.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
    •    The product must be unused and in the same condition it was received
    •    The seal must be intact
    •    Packaging must be undamaged
    •    Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@oleblanc.com.
We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
